We are looking for talented engineers to join our team!
This engineer will work in a team that will provide the following functions:
* Provide the first level of support from product development for production issues
* Deliver minor bug fixes and enhancements for various applications
* Work with operational teams to understand pain points and develop operational improvements
* Work with rest of Product Development to define and provide metrics on quality and production issues
* Identify reporting, logging, and monitoring requirements for improved operations and either develop or work with PD teams to build necessary capabilities
* Pro-actively analyze existing operational data to identify potential problem areas and develop application, infrastructure, and procedural solutions to those areas
