Job Duties :
1..Responsible for designing and developing software using C++,C# / .Net.
2. Good understanding of UML, and experienced OOP and OOD design methodologies Interact with other team members during software product life cycle for requirement analysis, design documentation, coding and testing.
3.Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
4. Experience with large software systems and multi-threaded software is essential.
5. Work with hardware and systems/application groups to understand system requirements and map them to a software design.
6. Mentor junior members of the team.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer science / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent field (Master's preferred).
2.4+ years of work experience.
3.Good Communication and Inter personnel skills
4.Quick learner, problem analysis and solving ability are essential.
Experience:
1. Required: Should have at least 4 years experience in developing application using C++,C# / .NET
2. Required: Strong in programming fundamentals- C++, VC++
3. Required: Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering
4. Required: Extensive prior experience in analysis, design, development and unit testing
5.Required: Must be able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction.
6. Required: Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills, with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thinking.
7. Required: Willingness to travel to US and other customer places on short assignments.
8. Required :Experience in defining requirements, leading project teams
9.Preferred: Experience leading teams or potential to grow into a lead engineer in an years time
10.Preferred: Experience in developing COM/DCOM using MFC/ATL
11.Optional: Knowledge of CMM or other process models
12.Optional: Knowledge of KT specific or general semiconductor domain
