Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strong technical support to PTC customers and PTC field staff by analyzing, tracking and resolving installation and functionality issues of PTC MCAD solutions including Creo Elements/Pro(formerly Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire, Creo) etc.
* Troubleshoot technical problems, reproduce/debug issues, develop workarounds and work directly with PTC development team on solution delivery and verification
* Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
* Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide outstanding-level support for mission-critical issues
* Continuously develop technical skills in PTC Products and industry knowledge
