Technical Skills:

* Design and programming experience with Java and J2EE

* Oracle database programming skills including PL/SQL, and basic DBA experience

* Telecom domain and/ or cloud development knowledge

* Good design and programming experience with XML, XSLT, XPath, XQuery

* Good design and programming experience with Oracle Fusion technology and/or BEA WebLogic, Web Services

* Good design and programming experience with JSP, JFaces, Ajax
