* Person should be responsible for meeting set revenue and gross margin targets for region.
* Primary or secondary or both (selling from distributor to retailor)(selling from Ingram Micro to Distributor) target achievement of the distributor
* Managing WOD (width of distribution) : retailor under the designated distributors and DOD (depth of distribution)
* Managing stock availability – model wise across set of identified retailors.
* Timely collections from market and collection of no dues certificate on monthly / quarterly basis.
* Preparing reports- market inventory to be shared IMIL management and vendor
* Market visit with defined PJP (beat plan)
* Managing relationships with the top Identified key retail outlets.
* Ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
* Achieving the objective of certain percentage of market share from identified KROs
