Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, enhance, and test any new or existing tools.
* Manage user accounts, manage data backups, and perform tools upgrade.
* Take part in daily scrum, planning meetings with the team members and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
* Develop and deliver scripts required for maintaining the Tool set.
